Bookings can be cancelled prior to 6 hours before departure. You can choose between a Shuttler voucher or credit card refund. Credit card refunds are charged by a 10 CHF processing fee and will be made to the card used on your booking.

Your cancellation inquiry can take up to 24 hours to be treated.
